Developmental Disabilities

The DDC in Louisiana, the state’s branch of a nationwide network of DDCs, is in place to assist the local population affected by developmental disabilities. Council members, many of whom have or live a family member who has a developmental disability, are appointed by the Governor and come from all around the state.
