Wyoming’s GCDD supports in-state individuals with developmental disabilities and their loved ones in numerous ways. The Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities in Wyoming is a state agency dedicated to promoting independence, inclusion, and productivity for individuals with developmental disabilities.
